Kkwabaeggi - Korean Donuts

This was the first donut recipe we've ever attempted and BAYBEEEEE they're good. We've been working our way through the Korean Vegan cookbook and this recipe is now our go-to to impress friends and family. That is. . . if we can stop ourselves from eating the whole batch.

 
 

The cookbook version of this recipes differs slightly from the online version. Notably, the cookbook uses bread flour, which gives the donuts a light and fluffy consistency.
