Vegan Cinnamon Roll Cake!

This is a recipe from Rainbow Plant Life. We made a few adjustments to this recipe one of us has an allergy to chickpeas. The recipe calls for aquafaba, the liquid from a can of chickpeas, whipped until foamy. Instead of aquafaba, we used 3 Tbsp of chia seeds mixed with 6 Tbsp of water. We’ve also tried this recipe with all-purpose flour instead of cake flour and it came out delicious.
